BPOps Finance is a private application built solely for the internal use of Blue Peak Law Group LLP. It is not offered to, marketed to, or available for use by the public.

This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Peak Law Group LLP (“Blue Peak,” “we,” “us”) handles information within BPOps Finance (the “Application”).

Information We Collect

The Application processes firm financial and operational data, including partner accounting records, billing and payment data, expense records, and the identity of authenticated firm personnel who sign in. Access requires authentication through the firm’s Microsoft identity provider.

How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively to operate the firm’s internal partnership-accounting functions, including revenue allocation, expense allocation, capital-account tracking, draw computation, and financial reporting. We do not use this information for advertising or any purpose outside the firm’s internal operations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share firm data with third parties for their own purposes. The Application integrates with service providers solely to perform its internal functions, including:

• Intuit QuickBooks Online — to read firm expense and revenue records.
• Microsoft Entra ID — to authenticate firm personnel.
• Clio — to read firm billing, time, and payment records.

Data exchanged with these providers is limited to what is necessary for the Application’s internal accounting functions and is governed by each provider’s respective terms.

Data Retention and Security

Firm data is retained for as long as needed for the firm’s accounting and recordkeeping purposes. Access is restricted to authenticated firm personnel, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued internal use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
