End User License Agreement

Effective date: May 28, 2026

BPOps Finance is a private application built solely for the internal use of Blue Peak Law Group LLP. It is not offered to, marketed to, or available for use by the public.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of BPOps Finance (the “Application”), an internal tool of Blue Peak Law Group LLP (“Blue Peak”). By accessing the Application, the authorized user agrees to the terms below.

License

Blue Peak grants authorized firm personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Application solely for the firm’s internal partnership-accounting purposes.

Restrictions

• The Application may be used only by authorized Blue Peak personnel.
• The Application may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, or made available to any third party.
• The Application and its data may not be used for any purpose outside the firm’s internal operations.

Ownership

The Application, including all software and content, is and remains the property of Blue Peak. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Peak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

Termination

Blue Peak may suspend or revoke access to the Application at any time. Access terminates automatically when a user is no longer authorized firm personnel.
